Absolutely!  We completely understand that life can get busy, and we want you to feel comfortable taking the time you need to review your book preview. Every detail of your project is important, and we want it to feel just right.

To help keep your project on track, we ask that comments or approvals be shared within four weeks of receiving your preview. If more than four weeks have passed without a response, your project will be paused. When you’re ready to resume, a restart fee starting at $49 may apply.  This restart fee helps cover the time it takes to carefully reacquaint ourselves with your artwork and project details.

While your project is paused, it may also be placed further back in our production queue. We’re always happy to continue your project when you’re ready – taking the time to ensure every memory is beautifully preserved is what matters most.
