Can I make changes to my book after seeing the preview?
Yes! We want your book to feel just right and reflect your memories exactly as you envision them. Simple changes - like removing a photo, changing a photo’s orientation, or spotlighting a favorite image on a page - are always welcome and included in your project.
Our goal is to make the process flexible and enjoyable, while ensuring every memory is preserved beautifully and thoughtfully.
How long does the process take?
Once you send back the box and order your book it typically takes 9-12 weeks to receive your book. For a fee, we do our best to accommodate rush requests. If you’d like your order expedited, please let us know - or choose the Expedited or Super Rush options when checking out on our website.
Aren’t there other services just like this one? How are you different?
Yes, there are other companies that offer similar services to us. However, none of these services offer the careful, detailed and flexible process that we offer. Want to make your book smaller to save money – we can do it! Want to add photographs that you or a teacher took of your child creating making the art – we can do it!
